30 Minute Gamers aren’t just about podcasts we of course love playing games! Extra Life is the World’s biggest video game charity event. We took part last year and are doing so again under the guise of the N-Europe Community Team, our page can be found here:

This years fundraising has a personal slant to it. We are raising money and awareness for Sick Kids Foundation in Ontario, Canada. Adam’s girlfriend’s cousin Liam has been over at Sick Kids after being diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia aged 11. On Oct. 15, 2011, we will attempt to play video games for 24 hours straight (yes even on the toilet!)in the hope you’ll support us by giving just $1 per hour ($24 total)or what ever you can give every £,$ etc… counts and mounts up!
