It’s a bit of a vague one this fortnight’s poll. With summer drawing to a close I thought we’d remember the good times and have a hunt for people’s favourite ‘summer’ film. By that I don’t mean summer blockbusters, I mean films that have that ‘summery feel’ – i.e. bathed in sunlight with a lazy feel to things. Teenage summer holiday related films make up a large amount of the list I went for, although there are a couple of alternatives too.
As ever let us know your thoughts in the comments section and add any other summer film suggestions.

It has to be Stand By Me – I love that film so much.
